Restorative Justice (3)A number of agencies and organizations in BC are involved in restorative justice initiatives. Rock Solid Public Utility Boxes (see Best Practices > Non-profits) (3)The Rock Solid Foundation is working with multiple partners around Greater Victoria, British Columbia, to create an innovative solution to the ongoing nuisance of graffiti and to beautify the regions streets. The foundation decals public utility boxes on all sides with a graffiti resistant laminate to create an attractive looking piece of street furniture.
