Rock Solid Foundation 

he Rock Solid Foundation is working with multiple partners around Greater Victoria, British Columbia, to create an innovative solution to the ongoing nuisance of graffiti and to beautify our streets. The foundation decals public utility boxes on all sides with a graffiti resistant laminate to create an attractive looking piece of streetfurniture. The foundation works with the police, youth participants, the local community neighbourhoods and with partners such as Canada Post, City of Victoria, TELUS, and SHAW.
